Total Family Health Care Expo 2012

The Philippine Pediatric Society celebrates its 65th birthday through the “Total Family Health Care” Expo at the SMX on September 1 and 2. There will be many many booths for the family to enjoy along with FREE seminars including topics on breastfeeding, healthy cooking, handling picky eaters, swimming, core yoga, fevers, bone health, and many others. There will also be free diagnostics. Do not miss this excellent event.

Japan: Kingdom of Characters Exhibit at the MET

As part of the Philippines-Japan Friendship month, an exhibit entitled “Japan: Kingdom of Characters” will be held at the Metropolitan Museum of Manila from July 8 until August 20.

In the Name of Love: A Review

The trailer of the ABS-CBN movie “In the Name of Love” enticed my brother enough to bring me and my mom to watch the latest Aga Muhlach starrer. “In the Name of Love” also features Angel Locsin and Jake Cuenca.

I left the theater with mixed emotions about the film. I can’t really say that I liked it but I can’t say that I hated it. Continue reading
